Malcolm has worked in the sprinkler business since 1989 previously with the two largest sprinkler companies in the UK before joining AD sprinklers in 2013. He has a wealth of experience of all types of sprinkler and fire protection systems across the industry. He is responsible for the day to day running of AD Sprinklers taking an active involvement in all areas of the business thriving on the development of the team and client relations ensuring the company provides the best possible service at the right price.
He loves RC car racing at weekends travelling the country with his family, mountain biking and formula one.
Lee has been working in the sprinkler industry for over 10yrs having started as a junior estimator at the age of 19. He was originally introduced to the sprinkler industry by his Dad who himself worked within the trade for 44yrs. He has always had an estimating and sales role and enjoys travelling around the UK meeting new people and establishing new relationships. He has been the sales manager at AD Sprinklers since January 2013 and is enjoying growing with the company. Lee got promoted to Associate Director in April 2017.
Outside of work Lee enjoys being active going to the gym several times a week as well as being a keen cyclist. He also enjoys socialising with his friends and family over a few drinks and a nice meal.
Barry has been working in the Sprinkler Industry since 1998, starting out as a Junior Design Engineer. He has worked on many different types of projects over the years, & has recently joined AD Sprinklers to take lead in the newly formed Major Contracts Department.

Antonio has been working at AD Sprinklers since 2010. He started off as an apprentice, assisting the designers where possible, and after a short time he was producing full working sprinkler drawings, carrying out site surveys and starting to run contracts on his own. He is now a contracts Engineer with full responsibilities in managing large sprinkler installations from start to finish. Some of his duties include, carrying out site surveys, producing full working sprinkler designs, arranging labour, pre-fabrication, ordering materials and access etc. whilst attending pre-start and weekly site meetings. His main objective is to complete the install on time and within budget, keeping his clients fully satisfied.
He is enthusiastic and committed to work at all times; outside of work he enjoys playing sports where possible and listening to music.
Mark has worked in sprinklers since 2010 and is from a fire Engineering family background. His role involves both project management and design and he particularly enjoys the diverse challenges that come with the running of contracts. Outside of work Mark maintains an active social life and an interest in history.
Lee joined AD Sprinklers in February 2013 starting as a trainee design engineer, he has now progressed to a contracts engineer designing and projecting his own jobs. Lee will be looking to add to his qualifications by taking the LPCB basic in the near future.
Lee has a keen interest in motocross which he tries to do as often as he can with the possibility of racing for a local club this summer.
Adam is from a mechanical engineering background and has spent his early working life as a fitter, building and maintaining machinery. He has quickly learned the ropes after moving into sprinklers, and now runs his own jobs in Small Works. He also produces designs, and has gained LPCB Basic Design Competence within just 18 months of joining AD Sprinklers. Outside of work Adam likes to spend as much time as possible with his young family, and is also a keen Oldham Athletic fan.
Tim now works in the main contracts office after spending 2 years with Phil in Small works after joining AD Sprinklers in April 2013. He enjoys visiting sites, doing drawings and likes to get involved with all aspects of running projects. As part of his training he attends college weekly to work towards an apprenticeship in Engineering. Outside of work enjoys photography and outdoor activities like cycling and climbing.
Leah first started at AD, new to the industry, as a Service Admin, she’s now moved on to Small Works to become an Apprentice Contracts Engineer, whilst completing a Business Administration apprenticeship. She enjoys learning about the way the company works and is looking forwards to going onto site more and learning the ropes of design.
Outside of work Leah enjoys reading, going to the gym and spending time with friends.

Mari is new to the fire sprinkler industry previously working as a railway engineer. He started with AD in July 2015 as an apprentice contract/design engineer and has since passed his apprenticeship with a IQ BAFSA Level 2 in Fire Sprinkler Installation Course. Mari now projects his own jobs from design to handover.
Outside of work he enjoys football, socializing with family and friends and loves cars!
Reece previously worked within the fire sprinkler industry previously working on site installing sprinkler systems. Reece has been with AD since August 2015 as an apprentice contracts engineer and recently completed the BAFSA IQ level 2 in fire sprinkler installation and now runs his own projects.
Outside of work he enjoys football, cricket, snooker and socializing with friends.

Vitor studied at the the University of Minho in the beautiful city of Guimarães. He graduated with a masters in Mechanical Engineering and has since held various different mechanical engineering roles in Portugal and the UK. He started at AD in January 2016 and is totally focused on learning all he can about the designing of sprinkler systems and cant wait to achieve LPCB Basic Design Certificate as soon as possible.
Tom has been with AD since June 2014 after being introduced to the industry by his dad. He has been welcomed into the AD family working in the sales team. After being completely new to sprinklers, Tom is looking forward to learning all about the industry. He enjoys travelling the country carrying out site surveys, assisting the sales manager with enquiries and providing quotes to our clients.
In his spare time Tom tries to keep active by playing football and enjoys a good ride out on his mountain bike. Also, he tries to get his monies worth of his gym membership.
Ben previously served his time as a Mechanical Engineer for 7 years before making the switch into the Fire Protection Industry April 2015 with AD. Ben is excited to be part of the Sales team here at AD and has been welcomed warmly by everyone within the company. He is the younger brother to contracts engineer Chris Murphy.
In his down time, Ben enjoys playing football and socialising with his friends. As well as taking Sir Montgomery (his English bulldog) for long evening strolls.

Dean is one of AD's fitters after recently making the transition from fitters mate. Dean mainly has Ryan assisting him on his jobs. Dean liked working as a mate but now enjoys being a fitter more because he has the brews made for him, instead of making them for others! In his spare time, Dean really enjoys good home cooked food and water polo as he used to play for Great Britain.
Dean used to work as a plumbers mate before he started at A D Sprinklers a couple of years ago, before that he lived with his family in Spain working as a tiler. The weather was better but he is more at home in Manchester. When he’s not at work he enjoys playng football and going to watch the games at Old Trafford.
Ryan has been with AD for over a year as a fitters mate. Before working here Ryan was a plumber’s mate working with his dad. Ryan enjoys working at AD because he gets to travel and every day is different. He is football mad so when he's not at work he is either playing or watching the game.
Chris was introduced to the sprinkler industry by his brother Graham. Chris spent his first year with AD as an apprentice learning the trade and has recently been promoted to a Fitters Mate, he now works alongside Tommy full time assisting him in all his pipe fitting needs.
Graham as been with AD Sprinklers since 2010 and brought with him over 20 years of experience. He started out as a fitter but in 2015 transferred over to the growing service department. He loves his job because of the flexibility and the fact that no two days are the same. At home family is number one priority as he always has lots of children round the house to keep him on his toes.
Terri has been at AD Sprinklers since 2012. She started as an admin assistant and now deals with service to co-ordination. Day to day scheduling all of our service contracts, co-ordinating with clients, pump specialists and of course our engineers so that we can be as efficient as possible whilst keeping our clients informed every step of the way. At home she loves to bake and cook in general.
Chloe Recently started at AD Sprinklers after doing an apprenticeship in Business Administration Level 2. she enjoys working here, her dad and brother are also in the sprinkler industry and have been for many years.
When not in work Chloe loves to go shopping and likes spending time with her family and friends. She cant wait for her first team building day with AD Sprinklers!
Melanie joined AD sprinklers in 2016. She has 18 years of experience in the construction industry, 8 years of this in sprinkler engineering and 10 years in civil engineering and building. Before joining AD, Melanie was working within the ceramic industry. She has vast experience in management roles, business communications, sales and marketing.
Melanie's objectives are to raise the profile for AD sprinklers and to create excellent business relationships and opportunities for the company.
She loves to visit spa salons, loves to go away for weekends, enjoys to mountain bike and walk the dog.
Simon has been involved in the sprinkler industry since 1988, starting off as a ‘fitters mate’, over time he worked his way to becoming foreman and became an employee of one of the largest UK Sprinkler Companies working at the prestigious GE Aviation Test Facility in Caerphilly. Following a work accident, Simon swapped site for the office and eventually became the Operations Director (and everyone must now bow at his feet). He has joined AD to help grow the company and will be involved in all sectors where his knowledge will be greatly utilised.
During his down time Simon "enjoys" spending time with his family!
